Helloooo, neighbors! Welcome, everyone, to We're Still Here. Officially, the game doesn't open until December 1st, but we still wanted to give you guys a chance to get to know one another. Feel free to use this post to introduce yourself, share your contact info if you so desire, and mingle with your new neighbors before the real fun begins in a few days. We, as mods, would also like to use this space to address a few points about what to expect in December as well as how our next application round is going to pan out. Firstly, We're Still Here's first month is going to be a plot-heavy month. December is a crazy time for all of us, and we realize that not everyone will have the time to devote to roleplay, so we've decided to make the event a low stakes one and split it up into two halves with the first part beginning the day the game opens and running until the 15th, and the next half picking up right after that and running until the 25th. An announcement and plotting post will be going up in a few days. At the end of the month, we'll post a recap for the event that will also function as a public discussion where you can ask questions and provide the mod team with feedback. Secondly, since December will be a plot-heavy month with January being a relaxed month, this means that January will be our next application round. Not including potential drops, we will have seven slots available for new players. We will post a reminder announcement on the mod plurk as the date draws closer. Additionally, we will also be posting a new TDM in January for the new application round. For exact times on all of these dates, please refer to our calendar. And that's all! Break out your best gifs and get to mingling!

I'M SO EXCITED honestly; Wrathion won't have too bad of a time with Dadwolfe—he dgaf if he stays up until sunrise he's not your babysitter you make your own decisions and live with the consequences of them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ He may get snappy at him if he's causing too much trouble though!

Also it's so good I super super recommend it to anyone and everyone; I didn't want to go into too much detail in my top-level but it's all about the centralization and corruption of power and found families and just. UGH. IT'S SO GOOD.

With the caveat that I pretty much never talk about RP on plurk, I mostly... post videos, complain about my job and nervously blog about WoW: Shadowlands currently -- sure! But if you are not interested in ANY of the above and only about RP, you are welcome to skip the plurk bit based on that -- I also have discord or you can just PM my any time.

Oh NO WORRIES ON THAT FRONT I also do a decent amount of RL talk on my timeline :') I'll probably poke my head into your blog plurks a little bit as I'm always interested in good stories, but no pressure whatsoever to be ALL RP ALL THE TIME. I'm definitely not!

COOL THEN. I always check because I know some people prefer a cleaner separation of RL and RP.

Also idly thinking about this, I suppose Wolfe will remind Wrathion of the Lorewalkers of Pandaria, only much less chatty. He was of the opinion that they were very interesting but very slow to get to the point...

Also I'm idly amused they've been housed together because Wrathion's coding appearance-wise when he was younger was a little more heavy handed.
