Nope. Attempting to bargain with your mysterious captor(s?) will be useless as your character will not have any actual face-to-face interaction with them, save for the snippets of memories they'll have of being on the operating table as detailed in the PMs that were sent out. They will never actually be in the same room as the captive characters while they're awake, choosing instead to work on their prisoners after they've been rendered unconscious by the knockout gas that will be filtered into the holding area before each surgery session.

Screaming into the void is welcome, but not encouraged. You don't want to annoy the other test subjects, do you?
